We process personal data to provide and bill for our services, respond to enquiries and support requests, keep our infrastructure secure, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

We rely on performance of a contract (to deliver services you order), legitimate interests (to secure and improve our network), consent (where required, e.g. certain cookies), and legal obligation (e.g. bookkeeping).

Your data is hosted in Norway. We share data only with processors necessary to run our service (for example our billing system) under appropriate data processing agreements, and with authorities where legally required.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, invoicing records are kept per Norwegian bookkeeping requirements).
