Terms of Service

We provide VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, and network services as described at the time of order. Specifications and pricing are set out on your order and may be updated for future terms with reasonable notice.

Services are billed in advance per the billing cycle shown at checkout, in NOK and excluding VAT unless stated. Setup fees, where applicable, are one-time. Late or failed payment may lead to suspension after notice.

Services renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel before the next renewal; we do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate services for serious or repeated breaches.

We aim for high availability and publish uptime targets per service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. You are responsible for your own backups unless a managed backup service is purchased.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the period concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or profits.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
